DESCRIPTION:Four Days Training the Trainers Workshop on “Work Place Management – 5S” organized by QCFI – Coimbatore Chapter from 24th to 27th April 2023 \nFor more information download the program brochure \nDate: 24th to 27th April 2023 Time: 9 AM to 6PM\nVenue: Titan Company Ltd (Watches & Wearables Division) \nAim of this program is to develop the participants as Trainers for successful implementation and sustenance of Work Place Management – 5S for longer periods \nResournce Persons:\nMr DK Srivastava\, Executive Director\, QCFI\nMr.D.K.Srivastava has over two decades of industrial experience. Joined QCFI as regional director in 1998. He is currently the Executive Director of QCFI. He has undergone 5S course and TPM training from Japanese Management Centre and GRD from IIIM\, Chennai. He has be trained by Ichiro Miyaochi San of JUSE on Quality Circle and Quality Control Process and by Yamaguchi San of JIPM on TPM Implementation. He is a trainer\, faculty and a consultant in the field of JUT tech with specilaization on SQC from JIRA\, QC integrated with Total Quality Management\, Lean Manufacturing and Lean QC\, Quality Improvement Teams\, Statistical Tools and Techniques for rpoblem Solving\, 5S\, Kaizen and TPM. \nThrouhg his innovative approachm he has added strategies to suit Indian conditions\, Lean Quality Circles\, Simplified TPM\, Mission 1 Lakh MSMEs and Mission 1 lakh 5S Homes are his brain childs. \nHe has co-authored many publications on Quality Circle\, Practical Guide Book on 5S\, Problem Solving Toolds and Techniques\, QC Hand Book\, TPM\, Lean Quality Circle etc.\, He has developed the concept of Jagruthi Group (Monitoring Group) in 5S\, 5S at Home\, Shops\, Schools etc. Developed 5S Certificaiton systems by QCFI and jointly with JUSE\, Japan. \nMr Sanakarasubramanian\, Vice Chairman\, QCFI Coimbatore Chapter\nMrs S Yogeshwari\, Sr Faculty & Treasurer\, QCFI Coimbatore Chapter \nParticipants Profile:\nThose who are involved in 5S activities internal auditors\, 5S Co ordinators\, 5S Zone Leaders etc.\, \nEnrolment & Fees:\nRs 8000 + 18% GST per participant\nCourse fees includes training material\, Tea/Snacks and working lunch\nParticipants will be provided with certificate of participation. \nFor more information download the program brochure \nRegistration Contact:\nMr W.S.
