DESCRIPTION:Dear Quality Fraternity & Practitioners\,\nOn behalf of Governing Council of QCFI-Delhi Chapter I am pleased to invite you to 1st TQM and Kaizen Conclave -2023 on 17th June 2023. The conclave is being organised in association with Rajiv Gandhi Govt. College of Engineering\, Kangra. For about four decades QCFI – Delhi Chapter has been playing a significant role in propagating various Quality Concepts under the umbrella of TQM and Kaizen through education\, training\, demonstration and assistance for implementation of Quality Concepts in Manufacturing\, Service and Education Sector etc.\, in North India. \nView & Download TQM & Kaizen Conclave Brochure 2023 \nFor clear understanding and to get maximum benefit from both of these concepts\, as such it becomes mandatory to precisely differentiate between TQM and Kaizen. TQM features primarily focus on customer’s satisfaction through improvement of quality. It is both a top down and bottom up approach whereas kaizen is processes focused and a bottom up approach of small incremental changes.\nThe Conclave Theme is: “NURTURE QUALITY CONCEPTS \, FOR A BETTER\nFUTURE”.\nThe conclave will provide an opportunity to participating teams to share their success stories through presentations and learn from other organisations.
