We do not replace or exchange the books that have been purchased unless they are wrongly supplied or are defected (manufacturing defect).

Order once confirmed by the customer is deemed to be final and under no circumstance can be changed or refused unless agreed upon and confirmed in writing by store.qcfi.in

If the return is a result of error on our part (wrongly supplied book), for this the customer will be liable to get the refund for the paid up price and shipping charges as well.

If the book is having the manufacturing defect in that case the customer has an option to get the re-fund or get the book re-placed with the correct one on the payment of shipping charges only. Request for return has to be submitted within 04 days of receipt of the items.

We make sure that the refund be made in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within seven working days of our receiving the returns for this we expect the item returned to be in its original condition.
