The 18 th NTPC Western Region –I Regional Quality Circle Convention was held on 4 th March 2017 at Ratnagiri Gas Power Plant Limited. In the convention 11 Quality circles, from WR1 projects participated and made presentations on improvement done by them in their work area.
The Winning teams of this convention Winner : Team “Oorja” from Anta
1 st Runner Up: Team “Pragati” from Solapur
2 nd Runner up: Team “Chetna” from Anta .
The event was judged by Dr Rajani Indulkar, Chairperson QCFI Pune chapter, Shri TA Lonappan, GM(C&M) WR-1HQ and Shri CS Thomas, AGM (EM), RGPPL. The prizes for winners were distributed by Shri Subhasis Ghosh, Regional Executive Director (WR1). The convention was conducted by WR-I Business Excellence Department.
