SMS Poll Procedure Director QCFI
By clause No.3.5 of the Constitution of QCFI, a Notice is issued for Election to the Executive Board for 2026-29 for post of Director for North Zone, West Zone, Central Zone, South Zone and Two posts of Director in Special Category Viz. Govt Sector and Health Industry
The Following are retiring Directors
1. Shri Avinash Mishra
2. Shri Vijay Krishna
3. Shri P.Vellengiri
4. Smt Vinaya Leena Pai
5. Dr Pradeep Shrivastava
6. Dr Rajini Indulkar
For Election to the Executive Board, only one Director shall be elected from each zone under clauses 3.3.1,3.3.2 & 3.3.3 and one Director in Special category MSME under clause 3.3.4, of the Constitution of QCFI. A total of six directors will be elected for the year 2026-29
It is, hereby, notified that the eligible members as per clause 3.5.1 of the forum intended to contest for election may send their nomination in the prescribed proforma which can be obtained/downloaded from QCFI-HQ website wwww.qcfi.in from 1st August, 2026, to reach the Retrurning officer, QCFI, duly filled and signed, on or before 22nd August, 2026. QCFI Executive Board has appointed the Executive Director as Returning officer for the Election as per clause 3.5.3 of the Constitution of QCFI. The two observers will be Mr. B.Srinivas, Director-QCFI and Mr Chethan Chittalkar, Director – QCFI

• Issue of notice for Election of Directors and calling nomination – 1st August 2026
• Last date for filing of nominations – 22nd August 2026
• Last date for intimation of valid nominations – 26th August 2026
• Last date for withdrawal of nomination – 29th August 2026
• Starting Date for voting by SMS for valid Nominations – 6th Sept. 2026 from 11 AM
• Last date for receipt of SMS from voters – 13th Sept, 2026 till 5 PM
• Declaration of the election result. – 15th September, 2026
