QCFI Nagpur chapter conducted 2 days “Faculty Development” workshop at “Institution of Engineers” Nagpur, from 17th and 18th March 2019.
The purpose of this workshop is to develop the standard of case studies being made in the Industries and Organizations in and around Nagpur by developing independent Guides within the industries.
Mr Ashok Gadge Honorable secretary, Nagpur chapter, was the speaker for this workshop.
26 participants from following organizations have taken benefits of this workshop.

On the first day, 17th March, after welcoming Mr.Aloke Gupta, the chief guest (Station Director, NTPC Mauda) ,QCFI Nagpur Chapter Chairman A.K. Jain (Director, Solar Industries) & chief guest guided all the participants for the importance of quality circle in organization & role of a facilitator.
Later on, Mr. Sanjay Kajuri, Jt. Secretary, Nagpur Chapter proposed the vote of thanks
Mr. Ashok Gadge Hon. secretary, Nagpur Chapter, conducted the workshop by explaining the roles, qualities & responsibilities of a facilitators in Quality circle groups. He explained quality circle tools & their applications. He explained how to develop qualities of facilitator as a trainer of quality concept.
On the second day, 18th March – workshop st
arted with exhaustive study of workbook on Faculty Development. By this he explained latest techniques of development of communication skills & statistical as well as logical application & generation of the learning attitude among the QC members.
Thereafter, some of the participants gave practical demonstration on Rational attitude while Logical thinking about how 2 QC members can think differently on the same situation.
At the valedictory session on 18th, all the participants were given certificates and handbook about faculty development workshop by the hands of chief guest Mr. A. Tripathi ( V.P.Mahindra & Mahindra) in the presence of Vivek Shrouty (Treasurer, Nagpur Chapter), Ashok Gadge (Secretary,Nagpur Chapter). Sanjay Kajuri proposed the vote of thanks. The program was hosted by Mr. Mayur Chapate, GC member, Nagpur Chapter. Special thanks to Mr. Chandrasekhar Gadge ,Pravin for their entire support for workshop.
