All participating projects are required to submit the following materials
Registration deadline is May 31, 2025.
Abstract (in PDF format): The submission deadline is May 31, 2025.
Full paper (in PDF format): The submission deadline is June 30, 2025.
Presentation materials (in PPT format): The submission deadline is June 30, 2025.
The following points to be covered in Abstract in 300 words and the abstract to be prepared in PDF in as per prescribed ICQCC 2025 Guidelines
> Objectives of the problem / why this problem is selected > Problem Solving Method used in brief like PDCA, DMAIC, 12 Step or Problem Solving > Quality Control Tools used > Solution Developed and implemented > Steps taken for prevention from re-occurrence and control > Benefits – Tangible and In-Tangible in brief.

Teams awarded Par Excellence and Excellent in NCQC 2022, Aurangabad are eligible for nomination in the upcoming ICQCC 2023.

- The last date for payments and teams confirmation is within 31st August, 2018
- Last date for Final Case Study PPT submission is within 22nd September, 2018
- SPA is in the midst of confirming the companies/details for the learning journey. There will be a total of 10 companies for participants to choose from either the AM or PM session. Participants can select either the Morning Learning Journeys or the Afternoon Learning Journeys.
