21st Annual TQM Convention being held on 17th February 2020 (Monday) at Hotel Grand Mercure (Surya Palace), Vadodara.

PANEL DISCUSSION: REALITY OF CUSTOMER DELIGHT IN INDIAN CONTEXT

TQM Convention provides a platform to showcase good work done and practices followed in the Quality Management of the organization. It also provides extensive scope to interact with different Quality Management teams who participate in the convention. Last year about 50 teams participated and gave case study presentations.

It has been decided that successful presenting teams will be eligible to participate in next National & International Convention on Quality Concepts.
