Conducting Root Cause Analysis and identifying a correct primary cause to the problem can help to change an organization to reduce the likelihood of such problems ever recurring .
This training program will focus on the process of idetification of primary root cause to the recurring problems having substantial potential to interupt manufacuring and generating quality issues .
