We are pleased to announce a one day training program on “Develop Internal Technical Trainer” specially for manufacturing units.
Why would any company develop or hire a trainer?
There is only one basic reason behind it is, “A company develops or hires a trainer to produce a change in its operation and develop the working culture”.
Changes occur naturally in the evolution of the system. This evolution should be planned and implemented using rational and scientific documentation.
Training is not an event, where we attend a workshop one day and expect the desired behavior to take place the next day. Training is really a process. Training cannot be effective without clearly defined and specific objective.
A management goal should be a statement of purpose for any technical training.
And we are lacking in our culture not to have a good technical trainer in our organization.
