Sub: Nomination for Election to the Governing Council for the period August 2025-2028
In accordance with the Constitution of QCFI, notice is issued for Election to the Governing Council of Lucknow Chapter under clause 5.10 & Annexure A1 on Chapter GC Members eligibility / elections and conditions laid down in clause nos. 5.10 of the QCFI constitution. The Governing council will consist of 12 Members.
It is hereby, notified that the Life Members of QCFI-Lucknow Chapter intending to contest in the election as the Governing Council Member may send the nomination in the prescribed format by 14th September 2025. The election will be held under the observation of HQ. The Returning Officer for the election will be Mr. Avinash Upadhyay Director QCFI and Mr. Shailendra Kumar from QCFI – Lucknow Chapter will be the coordinators.

Last date for receiving of valid nominations 14th September 2025 up to 5 PM
(Duly filled up nominations forms/ hard copies to be couriered/posted to Quality Circle Forum of India – Lucknow chapter (Lucknow Chapter, A-264, 2nd Floor, Indira Nagar, Lucknow – 226016) and the scanned nomination copy mailed to qcfihq@qcfi.in )
Last date for withdrawal of nomination 17th September 2025 up to 5 PM
Date of voting by SMS for valid nominations 30th September to 8th October 2025 up to 5 PM
Declaration of election results 10th October 2025
