In accordance with clause No:3.5 of the Constitution of QCFI, Notice is issued for Election to the Executive Board for 20201 in place of Directors due to retire. They are: Dr(Mrs.) Vineeta Kamran – North Zone, Mr A.B.Chowdhury – East Zone, Dr.A.Sanjeeva Rao – South Zone, Mr.S.J.Kalokhe – West Zone, Mr.P.V.Satyavratan – Central Zone, Mr.S.K.Verma – Special Category, Dr.K.S.Babai – Special Category, Mr.Avinash Upadhyay – Special Category.
For Election to the Executive Board only one Director shall be elected from each zone under clause 3.3.1,3.3.2.3.3.3 and four Directors under clause 3.3.4, of the Constitution of QCFI. Total nine directors will be elected for the year 2021-2024. We have already having Two elected Directors from Health and Govt. Administration Department. Rest will be from other areas as per clause 3.3.4 of the Constitution.
It is, hereby, notified that the eligible members as per clause 3.5.1. of the forum intended to contest for election may send their nomination in the prescribed proforma which can be obtained / download from QCFI- HQ web site www.qcfi.in from 1st Oct 2021, so as to reach the Returning officer, QCFI, duly filled and signed, on or before 28th Oct, 2021. QCFI Executive Board has appointed Executive Director as Returning officer for the Election as per clause 3.5.3 of the Constitution of QCFI. The two observers will be Mr P.V.Satyavratan, Director -QCFI & Mr S.K.Verma, Director – QCFI.
The calendar for completing the process of election is shown below for information and appropriate action. The amended clause for Election in the constitution of QCFI is also shown below for ready reference as approved by Executive board in BOD-156th held online virtually on 20th June, 2021
