Is the toilet seat in good repair? (no cracks, does not move when you sit, raises and lowers properly)

The toilet bowl free of stains?

There is a bin next to the toilet to dispose of non-flushable materials?

Does the toilet flush properly?

Urinals

Do the urinals flush properly?

The urinals drain properly?

Are the urinals free of stains?

The urinals are free of debris?

Is there a deodorizing “puck” in each urinal?

General

Is the external area free from vermin or cobwebs?

Are the external walls free of dirt and mould?

Is there evidence of the downpipes being blocked?

Are the signs legible?

Are windows and skylights free from dirt & mould?

Are the walls free from dirt and grime?

Are light fittings clean and free from bugs?

Is the floor clean?
