5 DAY TRAINERS TRAINING PROGRAMME AT GURGAON DURING 08 TO 12 AUGUST 2016

Five days Trainers Training Programme was organized by Quality Circle Forum of India, Delhi Chapter at Hotel Galaxy Gurgaon during 08th to 12th August 2016 in association with QCFI Headquarters.

The programme was conducted by Shri D. K. Srivastava, Executive Director, QCFI, who is known to be an outstanding faculty in the specialized area of TQM encompassing different modules of Quality Management.

Total 22 participants took part during the 5 days training session who hailed from the following organizations :

The training session’s begain with Knowledge Test assessment of the participations followed by Training Knowledge Assessment .Introduction of participants & faculty Registration Introduction of participants & faculty About QCFI, objective and methodology of this programme Entry level knowledge assessment Modern Quality Concept PDCA and Quality Circle Genesis of QC concept structure and role QC Register and How to conduct meeting ,Formation of groups  Introduction, name and registration of groups,Assessment of knowledge acquisition.How to launch QC ,Brainstorming ,Meeting – 2 Identification of problem ,Problem selection and ranking method ,Mile Stone and Gantt chart Flow diagram,Selection of Problem and preparing a Milestone chart ,Data Collection ,Stratification ,About – Define the problem ,Define the problem and analysis of problem ,Pareto diagram, Analysis of problem,Cause and effect diagram,Cause and effect diagram & Root cause analysis,Cause and effect diagram, Root cause analysis,Scatter diagram,Graphs,Data analysis and development of solution,Exercise on data analysis and development of solution ,Foreseeing probable resistance, trial implementation & check Performance, regular implementation and follow up and review.conclusions arrived at on foreseeing probable resistance, trial implementation & validating performance. Completion of regular implementation and follow up and review.How to document a case study and make an effective presentation (techniques).Kaizen,Five S & Basic idea of Lean Quality Circle. after completion of each days training course. Shri Srivastava made a thorough elaboration on the concepts of Quality Circle,

It is observed in the interactive sessions with the participants that they were able to grasp the subject in a step by step manner, thanks to a lucid elucidation by Shri Srivastava, who could motivate and even entertain the participants by his special characteristics of down-to-ground examples and models on different problematic zones that happen usually in the industries.

The keen enthusiasm on the part of the participants is noted for the interests shown by them to conduct such creative programmes in their own organizations for the benefits of their workforce.
