It is an immense pleasure to inform you that on demand of our customer organizations, QCFI Varanasi Chapter is again going to organize a 4 days’ workshop on 5S for the development of internal certified assessors/ auditors at IIT-BHU Varanasi from 18th to 21st August-2025. We know very well that a safe, secure, stress free and eco- friendly work environment can be created by 5S. This 5S concept is a mandatory part for establishing TQM, BE and ZED models. 5S is one of the strongest quality concepts which is able to eliminate wastes, expose the unsafe conditions at the workplace and prevent the near- miss activities by well- formatted datasheets. All these are the causes of accidents and fatalities, losses and unrest in organizations. So, 5S implementation along with effective monitoring is possible through extensive training programs and workshops.
