About the Program:
The program aims at providing key inputs on 12 steps problem solving methodology and the tools and techniques required to be used. The program will provide key inputs on how to write an objective concise case study and make a nice team presentation to score par excellence in National / international conventions. The program answers the perennial questions and clears doubts on steps and QC tools and techniques and prepares participants / teams to win better awards in State , National and international level (CCQC, NCQC and ICQCC).
