2- Day workshop on “SKILL DEVELOPMENT integrated with TQM”

We are pleased to inform you that QCFI – Hyderabad Chapter is organizing 2- day workshop on “SKILL DEVELOPMENT integrated with TQM”. Target Participants: Engineers, Managers working in the Quality / Production, R & D, Inspection, QC Leaders, Facilitators and Shop Floor Supervisors / Technician. The workshop will be conducted by Working Professionals from industries and Institutions who have practically implemented the concepts. This programme is designed with theory session followed by practical examples/ projects & practices. Name of the Workshop: “Skill Development through Quality team Concepts”.

x) Aligning organizational contribution to Social purpose
xi) Skills to align oneself with current technological development
xii) Skills to update oneself with lean procedural development by least time                consumption
xiii) Skills to update oneself to attain global benchmarked Quality level.
xiv) Skills to maximize operational efficiency
xv) Skills to enhance creativity

3)  5S, QC & TPM
i) Basic Concepts of 5S, its implementation and Audit for continual Improvements
ii) Basic concepts of Quality Circles, Its implementation
iii) Basic Concepts of TPM & its implementation for improving Machine efficiencies

4)  Practical examples of implementation of 5S, QC & TPM from our member            organizations.
