The Kaizen Conclave – 2025, hosted by the QCFI Mumbai Chapter, took place virtually on April 16th and 17th, bringing together 69 teams from 25 organizations across India. Participants showcased their expertise through projects focused on Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SMED, and LCA, with entries spanning various sectors including Manufacturing, Support Services, Pure Services, and Education.

The event commenced with an inspiring inaugural address by Shri K. B. Bharati, Chairman of QCFI Mumbai Chapter. Senior judges, Shri Jayant Malshe (Senior Council Member, QCFI Mumbai Chapter) and Shri Nityanand Parulekar (Senior Consultant, MABEC), evaluated the case study presentations over the two-day competition. Prior to this, Idea Sheets were meticulously reviewed by Shri R.S. Potdar, Shri S. S. Patankar, Shri Vijay Lad, and Shri Henry Samuel. The virtual presentation sessions were coordinated by Shri Henry Samuel, with overall event coordination managed by Shri S. S. Patankar, Vice Chairman of QCFI.

Participating teams were recognized with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Super Gold Trophies, as well as e-certificates, based on their combined scores from the pre-evaluation of Idea Sheets and virtual case study presentations.
The prestigious winners of the ‘Super Gold Trophies’ will now advance to the ‘Kaizen Champion Competition,’ set to take place alongside the Chapter Convention in September 2025.
