23rd convention on Quality Circles in Education was conducted at Meenashki Sundararajan Engineering College on 11th February 2023. Dr. K.Umarani was the coordinator for the CCQCE 2023. The theme of the competition is “Agility in Learning-QC way”. This programme is conducted by QCFICC on free of cost to all participants.
The programme stated at 9.00 am followed by lighting of Kuthuvilakku by the Chief guest, QCFI officials and participants.
Dr.T.Kalaiselvan, Secretary – QCFICC welcomed the gathering. Dr.K.Umarani, the coordinator overviewed the programme and also enlightened the theme of the Agility in Education and how to improve the agility of learning by using QC tools and techniques. Mr.A.Mayuranathan, Chairman delivered the presidential address. Dr.T.Thyagarajan, former Dean MIT and Prof Eminance, Anna University Chennai delivered the inaugural address. Dr.C,Uthayakumar, Dean Arjun college of Technology, Coimbatore, Smt. V.Sowjanya Principal from Vidayabarathi School Hyderabad shared their QC journey. Mr.S.Murugan Vice chairman proposed vote of thanks.

Thereafter case studdy presentation was held in four parallel halls. The participants details are
1. 5 teams from Thiagaraja Engi. Collegge, Madurai
2. 5 teams from Arjun college of Technology, Coimbatore
3. 1 team from SRM Institute of Technology Chennai
4. 2 team sfrom Sevalaya, Chennai
5. 1 team from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan Public School Hyderabad
6. 3 teams from Vidaya Bharathi Hyderabad, Telegana
7. 3 teams from TVS HGr. Sec. School, Madurai
8. 1 team from TVS Primary school Madurai
9. 1 team from Padma Narasimhan ITI ,Manjakudi, Thiriuvanoor

The total number of participants for the CCQCE 2023 was 108 among those 75 girls and 33 boys. Accomodation for their stay and refrefreshments were well arranged by the coordinator Dr.K.Umarani.
After the case studay presentation, other events like poster, slogan and essay competitions were conducted .
The valedicatory function started at 2 p.m. in KR.S. Seminar hall. Dr.T.Kalaiselvan welcomed the gathering. Report on CCQCE 2023 was presented by the Coordinator Dr.K.Umarani. Participants feedback was given by Vidyabarathi school Hyderabad, Arjun college of Tec. and TVS school Madurai.


Judges feed back was given by Mr D.Rathinasababathy. Mr.A.Mayuranathan, Chairman – QCFICC delivered the presidential address. The valedictory address was delivered by Mr.N.C.Sridharan, NLP consultant.

Mr.V.Thiagarajan Jt. Secretary QCFICC proposed vote of thanks. The results were announced by Dr.T.Kalaiselvan, Secretary QCFICC and prizes were distributed to the winners by the Chief guest.

The programme came to an end with singing of National Anthem.
