Today’s Managers face an array of significant business complexities, and the future of their organization sits squarely on their shoulders. Those in senior ranks must wrestle with Quality management, Technology, Job complexity, Time horizons and Human dynamics. Therefore developing Supervisory and Managerial Competencies are of paramount importance, which would facilitate working in their respective organizations as Resource Persons.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE:
Enabling and equipping Supervisors/Managers with core competencies; to help create high levels of engagement and achieve Organizational Objectives and Goal.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Delegates will gain insights and master skills of Planning, Delegation, Execution, Performance Review and feedback skills, significantly.
This workshop would facilitate the participants (supervisors & managers) working in their respective organizations as resource person to gain enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Powerful content and hands on simulations, Case study, Role plays, Storytelling and Gamification, participants will learn how to think and act more strategically.

Working in Supervisory/Managerial position and responsible for People, Process, Product development& for implementation of TQM concepts integrated with Six Sigma, 5-S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Kanban etc.

A thorough professional with 20 years of industrial experience in the areas of business development and training. Work at Glaxo Smith Kline, with multiple teams and had a vast customer interface covering different regions of India. Have a proven track record of leadership at GSK, developed team with the perseverance to succeed and deliver excellent results under difficult market conditions. Has been a part of the strategic development and implementation team, for new launches. Took the initiative to design concrete measuring tools and feedback mechanism. Awarded gold medal twice in recognition and appreciation, for above & beyond performance. With the blend of Business and Training experience; have been instrumental in designing, developing and delivering customized training modules which are learner-friendly and operationally effective. An M.B.A with specialization in HR. Have mastered the art and science of facilitating adult learning workshops.
