QCFI Chennai Chapter 2nd 5S Convention CC5SC 2018 on 3rd March, 2018 at Meenakshi sundararajan Engineering College, Kodambakkam high road, Chennai – 600 024.

Participation Fee
Rs 4000/- Plus 18% GST per Team, If an organization is nominating 5 or more teams, one delegate is permitted with no registration fee.

QCFI Individual life members who are willing to participate as delegates are allowed 15% concession on delegate fee.

Requirements from Participants:
All teams should come with soft copy of their presentation on the presentation day.

All teams should include a finance approved certificate of savings through 5S implementation authorized by Top Management and Financial Head. This is mandatory.

Program Requirements:
All participants are requested to bring their own Laptop loaded with essential/supporting software and be present at the venue at 8:30 am for Registration.

Registration:
Participating Organizations are requested to send the confirmation of participation by sending duly filled Registration form along with the list of participants and DD or Cheque (towards participation fees) favouring “Quality Circle forum of India, Chennai Chapter” payable at Chennai and courier the same to QCFI office on or before 298th Feb 2018.

All teams are requested to report at the venue Registration counter by 8:15 a.m. on 3rd March 2018 to confirm all details and to know the slot details.
