Quality Circle Forum of India- Rajsamand Chapter organized one day training
programme on Lean Quality Circle on 23.02.2019. The programme was organized
at JK Tyre Learning Academy based at Jaykaygram- Kankroli (Rajsamand)
Rajasthan. Total 20 participants attended the programme.
All participants were welcome by Mr. Anil Mishra- Treasurer Rajsamand Chapter.
Chapter Chairman Mr. R Kedia, while giving his opening remarks shared the
journey of JK Tyre towards TQM, and sited importance of Lean QC in achieving
TQM success thru employee’s involvement. On this occasion Mr. Bibhuti Narayan
Jha (Consultant- TQMI) as a special guest appreciated efforts of QCFI- Rajsamand
chapter in involving nearby industries and spreading quality culture. He shared
few success stories of improvement journey. Mr. Rakesh Shrivastav (GM- HR & IR)
JK Tyre), delivered vote of thanks.
In this one-day programme Dr. Narendra Kumar Sharma (Secretary- Rajsamand
Chapter) delivered concept of Lean QC and shared several videos and case studies
of the champion organisations of the improvement journey. Each organisations
was handed over course material with videos to further spread the Quality
journey in their own organisations. Mr. Rajeev Pandya (GM- HR, Geetanjali
Medical College and Hospital- Udaipur & chapter GC Member) and Mr. Narayan
Mali (Chapter GC Member) attended the programme sponsored by Chapter under
Faculty Development.

programme respectively. Participants highly appreciated the programme and
