OBJECTIVES

  • To develop trainers to undertake in-house training on the concept of Quality Circles in their respective organisation
  • To understand the philosophy, basic concept and operation of Quality Circles
  • To be able to design, organise and structure programmes in the organisation
  • For better understanding of small group activities, group dynamics and group synergy
  • To learn techniques used for problem solving
  • To learn and practice effective presentation skills

METHODOLOGY
Learning through interactive sessions, syndicate exercise and group activities to experience and learn. It is conducted in-house and as workshop.

» Basic Problem solving tools and techniques viz. Brainstorming, Prioritization, Flow diagram, Mile stone/Gantt chart, Data collection, Stratification, Pareto diagram, Cause and effect diagram etc
» Syndicate exercise on Problem solving tools and techniques
» Problem solving methodology
» Syndicate exercise on Problem solving methodology
» Presentation skills and techniques
» Syndicate exercise on presentation skills and techniques
» Introduction to Statistical Process Control
» Awareness on New Seven Tools

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Those who are involved in Quality Circle activities and who are willing to be trainers.Needless to say that the participants should be quite communicative to be a Trainer.
