For Election to the Executive Board, only one Director shall be elected from each zone under clauses 3.3.1, 3.3.2,3.3.3 and four Directors under clause 3.3.4, of the Constitution of QCFI. Total nine directors will be elected for the year 2024-2027. We have already having two elected directors from health and Govt. Administration Department. Rest will be from other areas as per clause 3.3.4 of the Constitution.
It is, hereby, notified that the eligible members of the forum intended to contest for election may send their nomination in the prescribed proforma, which can be obtained/downloaded from QCFI-HQ website www.qcfi.in from 1st August 2024, so as to reach the Returning Officer QCFI, duly filled and signed, on or before 22nd August 2024. QCFI Executive Board has appointed Executive Director as Returning officer for the Election as per clause 3.5.3 of the Constitution of QCFI. The two observers wil be Mr.Manohar Hegde, Director – QCFI and Mr.G.P.Singh, Director – QCFI
The calendar for completing the process of election is shown below for information and appropriate action. The amended clause for Election in the constitution of QCFI is also shown below for ready reference as approved by Executive board in BOD -169th held onine virtually on 17th June, 2024

• Last date for withdrawal of nomination – 29th August 2024
• Starting Date for voting by SMS for valid Nominations – 6th Sept. 2024 from 11 AM
• Last date for receipt of SMS from voters – 15th Sept. 2024 till 5 PM
• Declaration of the election result. – 17th Sept. 2024
