It was another highly satisfying training and facilitating experience ending with customer delight.
The nominated Juries from upper middle Management from 3 locations of BEL went through rigorous 8 hrs per day of Training inputs, hands-on exercises, real-presentation evaluation exercise, daily quizzing/test on QCFI 20 JDP ( Jury Development Program) modules, for 5 days during 24-28 Jun at BEL, Bengaluru. BEL Corporate Quality dept. was appreciative/thankful for the intense inputs which used online modules also as source. The modules covered QC, LQC, QIT, 5S, Autonomous Maint., World Class organizations, Kaizen, Innovations, six sigma, Lean, SMED, Poka Yoke, Benchmarking, Problem solving steps, tools and techniques under various systems, etc. as major topics. Also, their evaluation criteria in the National Convention of Quality Concepts were explained through experietial learnings on a live case presentation.
The comprehensive design of modules , five days plan and delivery was highly useful as they acknowledged and planned for their more juries training for evaluation-consistency and performance- enhancement in their internal competitions.
