Qualification: BE (Electrical Engineering), Cost Accountant (ICWA), Company Secretary & Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management.
He is presently working in BHEL in various capacities from Engineer to the current level of General Manager.
He is associated with QC movement since 1985 and has worked for Quality Circle in all capacities as Member, Facilitator, QC Coordinator, Judge etc.
He is one of the founding members of QCFI-Haridwar Chapter & also a GC Member.
He is in receipt of several awards such as International & National Award for Quality Circles, BHEL’s Topmost Corporate Award, Excel Award, Best Improvement Projects, Nomination for 4 patents, Best Quality Circle Coordinator, Best 5S for his area & Best Engineer Trainee.
