Sub: Nomination for Election to the Governing Council for the period August 2024-2027
In accordance with the Constitution of QCFI, notice is issued for Election to the Governing Council of Delhi Chapter under clause 5.10 & Annexure A1 on Chapter GC Members eligibility / elections and conditions laid down in clause nos. 5.10 of the QCFI constitution. The Governing council will consist of 12 Members.
It is hereby, notified that the Life Members of QCFI-Delhi Chapter intending to contest in the election as the Governing Council Member may send the nomination in the prescribed format by 26th March 2024. The election will be held under the observation of HQ. The Returning Officer for the election will be Mr. Avinash Upadhyay Director QCFI and Ms. Ankita Sharma from QCFI – Delhi Chapter will be the coordinators.

1.Issue of Notice for Election to GCM 21st June 2024
2.Last date for receiving of valid nominations 12th July 2024 up to 5 PM
3.Last date for intimation of valid nominations 16th July 2024
4.Last date for withdrawal of nomination 18th July 2024 up to 5 PM
5.Date of voting by SMS for valid nominations 24th to 30t July 2024 up to 5 PM
6.Declaration of election results 31 st July 2024
