QCFI – Vadodara Chapter is providing a quality platform to Industries’ to share and show case organizational initiatives on TPM. This will provide an opportunity to showcase TPM concept as a whole, or as an individual pillar implementation or OEE Improvement project, in Convention. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a team initiative at shop floor level focused on optimizing the effectiveness of manufacturing equipments. TPM equips employees to take care of equipments and machines effectively. Machines do have feelings – they respond positively when you treat them with empathy.
First TPM Convention
Theme: “A Stitch in Time, Saves Nine”

Venue: Hotel Grand Mercure (Surya Palace), Vadodara
Mr. D K Srivastava, our Executive Director QCFI HQ will deliver keynote address on DK’s model of TPM.
Our survey revealed that the industries which practice TPM was lacking a forum from our side. We came forward to bridge this gap. Good work demand appreciation and glorification, our endeavor is in that direction.
All participating teams will have to send a Case Study write-up in approximately 1000 words. The Last date of submission is 15 th July 2021 as per format attached in Annexure – 1. This will be evaluated by two judges as per the evaluation criteria, given in Annexure – 2. The teams may send the presentation to us latest by 25 th July 2021. The presentation should follow the steps of the evaluation criteria indicated in Annexure – 3
Fees Per team :
(A Team consists of maximum Three (3) Team members )
Rs. 12900.00 + GST as applicable. (Case Study will be evaluated after the receipt of the fees)
Fees for Additional Delegate (Delegate is not a part of team and will not be allow to present)
